Default Non-English speakers in Am. Districts

I've recently started going to the UW again, and lately I've noticed that when I go to the ToA immediately after getting Favor (im American), I'll search for a 55 Monk to go to the UW with. Before I can say a word, they ask for 500 bucks, and then immediately enter the UW. I haven't had a chance to set skills or anything, but they enter anyways.

I tell them I'm not ready, once we're already in, and they don't respond. They aggro the first group of guys and just keep going.

I say, if you're gonna hang out in the American Districts, try to speak a little English. I don't hang out in the Korean Districts or the Japanese Districts and pull this crap.

Come on, use some common sense.

(After reading and writing this, I realized that I'm asking this of people who can't speak English, and probably can't read it as well. Wow I'm dumb)

Je ne comprend pas. Ich verstehe Sie nicht.

Last night I was in a completely French PUG in Hell's Precipice. I have completed this mission long ago, but since there are so few monks around in these last missions I go there with mine to help teams out, picking up chest loot along the way. As soon as I had joined I was showered in a myriad of French lines. I just replied with 'ready', hehe, and let them know, in English, that I don't speak French. To which the group leader responded, 'i 14 don't talk english'. Now is a language barrier not the biggest obstacle ever, but it sure is inconvenient. Since I had done that mission at least 20 times the last week, I figured I might know a little more about it than them. I told them to kill the mini-titans first and/or the sparks when they would be present as well. Unfortunately I don't think they understood too well, because they kept going after the bigger titans all the time. We didn't finish the mission..

Don't be so naiv to think that american districts means only the US. America in guildwars represents America as a continet (guess North and South included). Because I learned back in school that when Colombus made his great discovery it was America, not the United States. Of course 85% of the american players are from the US, but nothing can stop mexicans, brazilians and other nations to play guildwars in American districts.

I think that everyone would like to play in a district where they can understand what other people say/type, so to them it's more like a disadvantage and a drawback that most of the chat is just a big mombo-jumbo they can't understand.
